We offer free shipping for orders over 700 AED within our designated delivery areas. Additional charges apply for orders below this threshold or for deliveries outside the specified areas.
Exchanges and Store Credit
- If you wish to exchange an item or receive store credit, you must notify us and return your items within 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, no exchanges or store credit are available.
- The item(s) for exchange must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Cash Refunds
Please note that we do not provide cash refunds under any circumstances. Refunds will be issued in the form of store credit only.
