The real deal. Absolutely beautiful Tiffany cuff circa 1990s. Elsa Peretti. Italy. Left wrist. Ruthenium. Size Medium but fit is small. PLEASE NOTE: there are several scratches on this from age but still very cool looking. Circumference 6.5 inches x 1.5 inch width.  Extremely rare to find this age and color.
